Robotics deals with the design, construction, operation and application of Robots. We realize Robotic cell projects with FANUC, ABB, Motoman, Kuka and other Robots for Handling, Welding, Bolting, Dispensing and other applications. With over seven years of experience in the Automation Industry, we have designed and installed hundreds of successful Robotic systems across the country for various applications. We have gained a lot of experience from Automotive sectors companies, that allow us to give reliable solutions to our customers’ problems.
Material Handling
Material handling is the essence of Industrial Robotics with most robotic applications falling within this category. Nowadays, Robots are increasingly called on to handle material ranging from blood samples to manufacturing of entire vehicle. We have successful track records and experience in the following Material Handling application Machine Tending – Machine tending refers to overseeing a machine while it performs a job, as well as the process of feeding parts in and out. Using industrial robots for machine tending tasks is a great way to add automation to a production line while decreasing part cycle time, saving our customer’s money while ramping up productivity.
- Pick & Place – Pick and place of materials using Robotic automation, speeds up the process of picking the materials and placing them on new locations. The consistency, quality and repeatability of a Pick & Place robotic system is far much better than the humans doing the same job. These systems are also versatile and can be re-programmed and tooled to provide multiple applications to the consumers.
- Palletizing & Packaging – Industrial palletizing refers to loading and unloading parts, boxes or other items to or from pallet. A robotic palletizer is able to handle heavy payloads and has large horizontal and vertical reach that allows parts to be palletized from varying distances. Also, by adjusting the End-Of-Arm-Tooling (EOAT), a robot can complete any packaging process.
Welding / Cutting
Automating welding / cutting is quick, easy and a great economic solution for industries resulting in improvements in the consistency, decrease in cycle time and enhancement in efficiency. It also reduces health hazards for the workers from limiting exposure to hazardous fumes. Robotic welding is very common in Automobile Manufacturing Industries and we have completed many projects on following applications.
- Arc / Spot Welding – An arc welding robot uses a process which applies intense heat to the metal at a joint, causing the metal to melt and intermix. Spot welding joins thin metals together when the metals resist the electrical current. Both welding robots have the ability to overcome difficult welds while providing consistent quality of welding.
- Laser / Plasma Cutting – Robotic cutting application uses Plasma / Laser head for cutting steel or a non-ferrous material. Use of a robotic cutting machine offers high quality of cutting at faster speeds. This versatile application effectively cuts very thin & thick metals consistently.
Other Applications
End-users deploy Robots to improve throughput, quality, flexibility and consistency while decreasing Scrap and Ergonomic Hazards for workers. So, the Industrial robots are widely used in variety of applications like:
- Painting
- Dispensing
- Material Removal
- Assembly
- Inspection & Vision
- Deburring
- Polishing.
End of Arm Tooling
The key to every successful robotic work cell implementation is the robust and functional design of the end of arm tool. We design and build End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT) for all makes and models of robots. We are experts in end-effector gripper systems across a number of manufacturing and distribution industries. We keep a strong focus on our end of arm tool designs and have implemented many innovative and reliable EOAT for various applications.
