Job Overview

MadoX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Industrial automation solution providing company from Bangalore. We are hiring Sr. Executive for Marketing & Sales of our Engineering service solutions.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
  • New leads generation through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals
  • Selling our services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and by recommending solutions
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Meet sales revenue targets
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close
  • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information
  • Mentor team members and teach improved processes to enhance staff accomplishments

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of three years sales experience in business-to business sales
  • Have a consultative sales approach
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Driven and motivated
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% of the time
  • Ability to work as a team
